AOS developed and supported a comprehensive Police RecordsManagement Information System for Pakistan's Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) digitising over 125,000 criminal records and building the secure digital infrastructure needed for modern, effective law enforcement information management.
Effective counter-terrorism and law enforcement operations depend on fast, reliable access to accurate records. For Pakistan's CounterTerrorism Department, this meant transforming an extensive archive of manually maintained criminal records, case files, and operational data into a secure, searchable, and structured digital system capable of supporting the department's intelligence and investigative functions.
AOS was engaged to design, build, and populate this system delivering both the software platform and the large-scale data digitisation programme required to bring the CTD's records into the digital era.
Criminal Records Digitisation
AOS managed the scanning, indexing, and structured entry ofover 125,000 criminal records converting paper-based case files and records into validated digital formats within the new MIS platform.
Police Records Management System
We built a purpose-designed records management information system enabling CTD personnel to store, search, retrieve, and manage criminal records and case data through a secure, role-access-controlled digital platform.
Secure Data Infrastructure
The system was built with law enforcement-grade security protocols including access controls, audit logging, and data protection measures appropriate for highly sensitive criminal justice information.
Data Quality & Validation
Every digitised record underwent structured validation toensure completeness and accuracy providing the CTD with a reliable digitaldatabase they could depend on for operational decision-making.
