AOS developed and supported prison management informationsystems for Punjab's correctional and law enforcement institutions replacingmanual, paper-based record-keeping with secure, structured digital platformscapable of managing inmate records, case information, and administrative dataat scale.
Prison and correctional institutions manage some of the mostsensitive and operationally critical records in the public sector inmate files, case histories, legal status information, and inter-agency coordinationdata. In Punjab, this information was historically maintained through manual, paper-based processes that were slow, error-prone, and difficult to shareacross departments.
AOS was engaged to address this challenge, delivering purpose-built information management systems that digitised existing records and introduced automated workflows significantly improving data accessibility, operational efficiency, and coordination across Punjab'scorrectional facilities.
Inmate Records Digitisation
AOS digitised and structured inmate records across target facilities converting paper-based files into secure, searchable digitalformats within the new MIS platform, and ensuring completeness and accuracy through rigorous quality control processes.
Prison Management Information System
We developed a centralised information management platform enabling prison authorities to manage inmate data, case information, legal status records, and administrative processes through a single, access-controlled digital system.
PoliceStation Record Management
Beyond prisons, AOS also delivered record management systems for police station operations supporting the broader modernisation of Punjab's law enforcement information infrastructure.
